Surety 2000 Services Schedule and Price List Effective 01/01/2009

Surety and Agency Fees for electronic bid bond program:

1. Electronic Signature:
$50 per annum per user.

2. Setup Fee:
$250.00 A fee for an inital setup of S2000.

3. User support fee:
$250 (this is an annual fee per user for on-going
training and problem solving. This includes all users
with a user name and password). This fee does not
apply to contractors.

Our Fee of $300 is fully earned when booked at the beginning of the year. There is no refund.

Contractor Fees for Electronic Bid Bond Program:

1. Electronic Bid Bonds
$300 per annum (Unlimited amount of bid bonds).

Our Fee of $300 is fully earned when booked at the beginning of the year. There is no refund.

2. Bid Express Upload Fee
$40 per annum (unlimited amount of bid bonds)

The Bid Express fee of $40 is fully earned when booked at the beginning of the year. There is no refund.


NOTE: Agents and Surety Companies have the ability to add additional users to the system at their convenience. There is a $300 annual fee per user to access Surety 2000 and a bill will be sent accordingly.
